Adrian P. Santana

Mr. Santana is a native Houstonian and serves as an Associate Attorney at The Farias Law Firm. Mr. Santana attended The University of Texas at Austin for his undergrad education. In four years, Mr. Santana earned his B.S. in Advertising, B.A. in Government along with his Business Foundations Certificate (Business Minor).

Upon graduation, Mr. Santana moved back to Houston and began working at ESPN Radio as a Producer. Mr. Santana produced several successful weeknight and weekend shows during his time at ESPN Radio. After two years in the radio business, Mr. Santana decided to pursue his life-long dream of attending law school and becoming an attorney.

In his quest to gain work experience in the legal profession prior to attending law school, Mr. Santana worked at the Houston Volunteer Lawyers Program as a Special Projects Coordinator. During his time at HVLP, Mr. Santana was able to assist many low income residents of Harris County who were in dire need of legal assistance.

After gaining valuable experience at HVLP, Mr. Santana enrolled at South Texas College of Law in Houston where he earned his Doctorate of Jurisprudence. While at STCL, Mr. Santana participated in the Family Law Trial Advocacy class with Judge Roy Moore and also received his Mediation training at the Frank Evans Center for Conflict Resolution. Because of the training that he received during law school, Mr. Santana is now a certified mediator in the State of Texas.

During his summers in law school, Mr. Santana served as an intern in the Family Law Unit at Lone Star Legal Aid in downtown Houston. It is here where Mr. Santana had his first opportunity to learn all about the complex issues that encompasses the discipline of family law.

After graduating from law school, Mr. Santana practiced healthcare law as an Associate Staff Attorney at Sullins Johnston Rohrbach & Magers in Houston. His primary role at SJRM was to represent medical providers in their efforts to collect outstanding balances from personal injury attorneys and their clients (i.e., patients). In his time at SJRM, Mr. Santana was able to negotiate countless settlements and collect thousands of dollars for his clients on a regular basis.

Mr. Santana has now transitioned to his position as an Associate Attorney at The Farias Law Firm in order to return to the practice of family law. Mr. Santana has been with the firm for over three years, and has thrived in both litigation and in successfully attaining client’s goals during mediation.
