Ana Castro – Paralegal

Mrs. Castro is Mrs. Farias’ primary mediation scheduler and paralegal. Her lightning fast responsiveness to mediation requests is an asset to anyone seeking to secure a confirmed date to attend mediation. Mrs. Castro is also a native Spanish speaker and provides litigation support to Mrs. Farias in her contested cases. Mrs. Castro is a graduate of the San Jacinto Paralegal Program with a 4.0 GPA, she is without question the attentive, responsive and empathetic paralegal you want on your side.

Rachel Rodriguez – Paralegal

With a strong foundation in legal studies, having earned her associate’s degree in paralegal studies from Lonestar College. Committed to lifelong learning and professional development, she continually seeks opportunities to expand her knowledge in the legal field. Rachael is also bilingual, a valuable asset in connecting with and supporting a diverse client base. Her love for travel, particularly her memorable trip to Japan, has further broadened her perspective and understanding of different cultures. She embraces a personal philosophy of living, laughing, and loving, bringing a positive and dedicated approach to her work and all her interactions.

Ariana Larios – Paralegal

Ms. Larios is a paralegal to Mrs. Farias and brings a fresh yet dynamic perspective to the team. A recent graduate of the University of Houston with a degree in Political Science, she previously worked at the Texas House of Representatives, where she developed strong skills in communication, attention to detail, and advocacy. Ms. Larios is bilingual in English and Spanish and is committed to providing reliable, attentive support to clients navigating legal matters. Her professionalism, dedication, and eagerness to assist make her a valuable asset to both clients and the firm.

Annalice Sandiero – Receptionist

Ms. Sandiero serves as the receptionist at the Farias Law Firm, where she assists with every call and in-person meeting to help ensure clients feel welcomed from their very first interaction with the firm. As a native Spanish speaker, she is dedicated to providing clear and effective communication to the firm’s Spanish-speaking clients. A graduate of Claremont McKenna College with a degree in Government, Annalice joined the firm to gain hands-on experience in the legal field and deepen her understanding of the legal profession.

Norma Castro – Office Administrator

Mrs. Castro specializes in keeping operations organized and on track. She manages invoicing, monitors accounts, and ensures timely payments using tolls like QuickBooks and LawPay, while also supporting daily office functions. Known for her reliability and attention to detail, she provides consistent administrative support that helps maintain clarity, accountability, and efficiency in the workflow.
